Rules and obligations for selling on the OnZone marketplace
To register a store on OnZone you must be at least 18 years of age, provide accurate business information, and comply with all applicable local laws and regulations.
Your store application is subject to review and approval by the OnZone team. We reserve the right to reject or revoke any registration at our discretion.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. All new products are reviewed by our team before being published.
OnZone may charge a commission or platform fee on completed sales. Payment schedules and fee structures will be communicated to registered sellers separately.
Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders promptly and updating order statuses accurately. Failure to fulfil orders may result in account penalties or suspension.
Sellers must honour the platform's return policy, which allows customers to request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. Return disputes are handled through the platform's support system.
You may not list counterfeit, illegal, or hazardous products. OnZone reserves the right to remove any listing that violates this policy without prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate your store account for violations of these terms, fraudulent activity, or repeated customer complaints. You will be notified via email if such action is taken.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
