4 Seller Responsibility

Sellers on OnZone are independent third parties. OnZone is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of products listed by sellers. Disputes regarding products should first be raised with the seller directly through our support system.

5 Returns and Refunds

Return and refund eligibility depends on the seller's policy and the condition of the product. To request a return, please contact us through your order history within the allowed timeframe. OnZone reserves the right to approve or reject return requests at its discretion.

6 Intellectual Property

All content on OnZone — including logos, design, text, and images — is the property of OnZone or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7 Limitation of Liability
